Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Since payment is handled manually via Zelle, processing begins once your payment has been received and matched to your order — not at the moment the order is placed.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via standard carrier service with tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Codie's Peps is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, and reshipment costs for address errors are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us at support@codiespeps.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can look into it with the carrier.

Jurisdiction
It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving research compounds is permitted in your state or jurisdiction. Codie's Peps is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed due to local regulations.
