Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell — laboratory research compounds intended for research use only — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Exceptions
At our sole discretion, we may make an exception for:

• An order that arrives damaged in transit
• An order where the wrong item was shipped

To report an issue, contact us at support@codiespeps.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Approved exceptions may be resolved as a replacement or store credit, at our discretion; a refund to your original payment method is not guaranteed.
